FAQ | ePacket (2-4 weeks from overseas to US or other countries)

ePacket (2-4 weeks from overseas to US or other countries):
Your order will be processed by us or our partners, and may be shipped from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan or China. Below services will be offered for your to choose from.

Nail Items Shipped from Asia:
Only $5 e-Packet (2-4 weeks from overseas to the rest of the world) will be offered at checkout without tracking.

Skin Care Items and Candied Nails:
You can choose below services at checkout:

- ePacket ($26.99 for 2-4 weeks delivery );

- International First Class ($35.99 for 1-3 weeks); or

- International Express ($69.99 for 1-2 weeks) 

Do I have to pay any customs duties?
Once the order reaches your border, it will be held until it clears your country's Customs Inspection. At that point, the order may still be subjected to additional duties, taxes, and broker fees over which BeautyKat has no control on it and such payments should be paid by customer.

Can I track my order status?
We will provide you a tracking nos except $5 e-packet service for nail items shipped from Asia. Please use the tracking nos and go to www.17track.net/en or https://www.usps.com/ for tracking information.

What can go wrong with my order?
There are different situations can cause your order to go wrong: 
1) You move before the package arrives;
2) You are failed to pick up from the carrier office within required time, or refuse to accept the order;
3) You are failed to pick up from your apartment/mailing/corporate office within required time;
4) You have given us a wrong address;
5) The mailman cannot find his way to your place. 

We consider these situations as UNDELIVERABLE. We will NOT refund and you will have to pay shipping again to re-send order. BeautyKat bears no responsibility if your order is lost caused by the above situations. 

If it is determined that we have made a mistake in sending out your order. ie. We have entered wrong address, failed to put the right postage or the product is defective, we will bear full responsibility. We can either give you full refund or re-send you the product at no additional charge.

If you do not receive your order after receiving shipping confirmation for 28 business days, please inform us and we will investigate for you. If we do not receive your notification within the required time, we consider your order is delivered. No refund or re-delivery will be made. 

If the tracking shows that the order is delivered, we will not cover any loss or damage. Having said that, if you have any problem on receiving order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate for you.

Does my order comes in one package? 
Your order may be shipped out separately and the shipping confirmation email will indicate different tracking numbers.
