One of the biggest causes of aging is the sun exposure.
Pick a sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher to prevent premature skin and pigmentation. You can also pick a moisturiser with a sunscreen. Make sure to pick a broad-spectrum sunscreen so that your skin can be protected from the damages of both UVA and UVB rays.
- Try to pick one that is at least water resistant so it will stay on your skin in humid Summer.

Look for the antioxidants.
Vitamin C, Vitamin B3, Vitamin A and Vitamin E are effective in a cream because they are able to be absorbed into the skin more readily than others. 
- Vitamin C helps to brighten skin complexion and improve pigmentation.
- Vitamin B3 helps your skin retain moisture too. 
- Vitamin A (or Retinol) helps to increase production of collagen fibers which affect skin elasticity, meaning it can cut down on wrinkles.
- Coenzyme Q10 helps to reduce wrinkles and protects your skin from the damages of sun exposure. 
- Polypeptides or Oligopeptides which mimic peptides in your skin and specifically, they can mimic collagen or elastin which helps to regulate skin
- Green Tea and Grape Seed Extracts help you to heal from skin damages.
