I know.. I know.. it's a bit late to review Etude House Moistfull Collagen Emulsion as it has been in the market for a few years. That being said, this is an affordable face moisturizer which people keep raving about it so I decide to use it after I finished my Shiseido Revital Emulsion a couple of months ago. I like Etude House even better as it hydrates my skin so well without leaving a greasy residue on my skin. At the same time, it brings out the natural radiance of my skin so my complexion looks better and my skin feels plump.
Who should use it?
The texture of this product is pretty light so I will suggest someone who has normal to dry or dry skin to use it. If you have very dry or mature skin, try Etude House Moistfull Collagen Cream instead. Both moisturizers contain Baobab Oil that is packed with omega fatty acids and vitamins so it effectively nourishes my skin in a flash! On top of that, it contains Hydrolyzed Collagen which acts as a water-binding agent so it protects and re-hydrates my skin for all day long.
Hydrating result of Etude House Moistfull Collagen Emulsion
I tried this product on my neck and use a portable moisture monitor to check my skin moisture level. Before using Etude House Moistfull Collagen Emulsion, my moisture level is 39% which is considered dry but after using the emulsion and wait for a minute, my moisture level jumps up to 55.6% which is in between “normal to excellent” moisture level!
Overall, I am happy with this moisturizer as it does a good job and affordable!
