  1. What is your domestic shipping?
    1) Your order will be processed by BeautyKat;
    2) We offer Standard Delivery ($2.88 for 5 to 7 Business Days) and 2-3 Day Delivery ($5.88 for 2-3 Business Days) shipping methods;
    3) Express Overnight shipping method has been replaced with Next-Day Delivery shipping method ($25.88);
    4) We have negotiated with both USPS and Fedex for preferred rates. USPS will be used for small packages, 2-3 Days and Overnight Deliveries. Fedex will be used for larger packages 2-3 lbs and above;
    5) Your shipping confirmation email will indicate the carrier used;
    6) For customer who qualified for the Free Shipping - if you return your order to us resulting from your own mistake / changing mind / failing to pick up the parcel within required time, we have to charge you back for the shipping fee, depending on how much United States Postal Service or Fedex actual charge us.

  2. What is your shipping schedule?

    We do not deliver orders on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. The shipping schedule on normal business days is listed as follows,

  3. Why my order is held even I request Next-Day shipping?
    We may hold your orders due to the following reasons:
    1) You place an international order which takes 24-48 hours to verify your credit card information;
    2) Your credit card address and zip code came out unverified; we hold the order to verify that credit card is approved;
    3) Your order is placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday;
    4) If there is suspected fraudulent transaction and you will be notified by email.

  4. Why do I need to wait longer for receiving my parcel?
    Please note that we do not deliver orders on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. All orders that placed after 8am EST Friday, will be delivered on Monday. Therefore, it may take longer for you to receive the order.

    Also, if you do not provide us with correct and detail address, the carrier may return the parcel or reschedule the delivery.

    If you choose corporate address as your shipping address, please provide us your corporate name to make sure the parcel is sent in timely manner.

  5. What can go wrong with my order?
    There are different situations can cause your order to go wrong:
    1) You move before the package arrives;
    2) You are failed to pick up from the carrier office within required time, or refuse to accept the order;
    3) You are failed to pick up from your apartment/mailing/corporate office within required time;
    4) You have given us a wrong address;
    5) The mailman cannot find his way to your place.

    We consider these situations as UNDELIVERABLE. We will NOT refund and you will have to pay shipping again for re-send order. BeautyKat bears no responsibility if your order is lost caused by the above situations.

    For customer who qualified for the Free Shipping - if you return your order to us resulting from your own mistake, changing mind or returned by the carrier due to the above situations, we have to charge you back for the shipping fee, depending on how much United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex or UPS actual charge us.

    For order cancellation, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded and free shipping will not be applied to such order. We have to charge you back for the shipping fee, depending on how much USPS, Fedex or UPS actual charge us.

    If it is determined that we have made a mistake in sending out your order. ie. We have entered wrong address or failed to put the right postage. We will bear full responsibility. We can either give you the full refund or re-send you the product at no additional charge.

    If you do not receive your order after receiving shipping confirmation for 14 business days (21 business days for international orders), please inform us and we will investigate for you. If we do not receive your notification within the required time, we consider your order is delivered. No refund or re-delivery will be made.

    If the tracking shows that the order is delivered, we will not cover any loss or damage. Having said that, if you have any problem on receiving order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate for you.

    Please note that we will request signature confirmation for order $150 or more. This measure is to ensure our customers receive their orders in timely manner and to prevent order stolen. No additional charge will be made.

    Standard Delivery (5 to 7 Business Days) Shipping Method is an economy $2.88 flat rate domestic shipping and handling service applicable to the United States lower 48 States, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. In order to obtain this lower rate, various contracts have been negotiated with shipping carrier. Your delivery confirmation email will indicate the carrier used. To use this method, select Standard Delivery (5 to 7 Business Days) on your Shipping Method during checkout. The fee schedule are as follows,
