Though Shu Uemura and other Japanese skincare brands introduced oil based cleansers several years ago, I felt hesitant  to use it as I have combination skin and worry about that the oil based cleanser will be too greasy and heavy for my skin type.

But now, I use this product frequently and I am happy to see the result: it takes me just a few minutes to remove my makeup including waterproof mascara and matte finish foundation. My skin is cleaned, soft and supple. During Winter, I use it even in day time to retain natural moisture of the skin and I don't think the cleanser is too heavy for me even I have combination skin.

To achieve the best result, remember to dry your hands and face before using it. Massage the cleanser gently and add water to emulsify it. Finally, use lukewarm water to rinse off the product completely and you will see the difference.
