Kose Shirosumi Whitening Essence
Kose Shirosumi Whitening Essence is a new whitening product launched in 2009. This product is able to penetrate into the skin to suppress the activity of Tyrosinase - a protein that exists in between our skin cells. Tyrosinase will be activated after sun exposure and it triggers the production of melanin in order to protect our skin from the damages of UVA/UVB. However, the melanin will darker our skin and what makes it worst is that, it may cause dark spots, freckles and uneven skin tone.

Kose Shirosumi Whitening Essence contains effective Prune Enzyme resolvent to suppress epidermal cells from absorbing surrounding melanin, and its' whitening ingredients are able to improve the problem of pigmentation. Thus, it can prevent and correct sun spots and other discoloration problems caused by the harmful effects of UV rays.

It will not leave a greasy layer on the skin but maintain the natural moisture, improve dryness and redness of the skin caused by sun exposure. No fragrance.

How to use?
Apply the essence after cleansing and toning. Use Kose Medicated Sekkisei Whitening Emulsion, Day Essence during daytime and Medicated Sekkisei Whitening Cream (night) for a complete protection.
