My skin is no exception. I need to choose a product with hydrating, soothing and calming results and I believe that I have made a wise choice. This product is lightweight in texture (but more concentrated compared with regular toner) so it glides easily on the skin and is suitable for all skin types. It contains soluble Collagen, Sodium Hyaluronate and Glycerin, which act as water binding agents for hydrating and moisturizing, while Hydrolyzed Rice Extract and Yeast promote anti-aging benefits to the skin.

I have tried it for 2 weeks and the most significant result is the improvement of my skin texture: no more flaky skin around the nose and my makeup stays on the skin smoothly. To save time, I do not need to apply a separate toner after cleansing as this product can maintain the skin's pH balance; having said that, you can still apply whitening or clear lotion/toner after cleansing if you have dull skin or always wear makeup.

This Special Serum Toner can be applied with cotton pad but I prefer patting it directly on the skin (even on eye areas) for better penetration.
