Question: I have oily T zone and I use sunscreen when I go out during the daytime especially I use at least 55 spf and higher. I 've been using SK-II for 3 years and the first time I used it was working fine. Then as I noticed I saw some dark spots on my face and it was noticeable when I look into the mirror . It wasn't big, but it looked like a mark from a pen. Answer: It seems that the pigmentation is caused by hormones so it will take longer to improve the problem. I will still suggest Shiseido Elixir Whitening Series (II - for combination skin) and Shiseido Melanoreduce EX Whitening Serum (45g) for your consideration. Those products are able to help you to even out skin tone and prevent pigmentation. If you want to target on affected area, you may want to try Sofina Whitening Memory White Stick (3.7g). Here is suggested product list: 1) Shiseido Elixir Superieur Cleansing Foam II (145g) http://beautykat.com/product_info.php?products_id=619 2) Shiseido Melanoreduce EX Whitening Serum (45g) http://beautykat.com/product_info.php?products_id=697 3) Sofina Whitening Memory White Stick (3.7g) http://beautykat.com/product_info.php?products_id=226 4) Shiseido Elixir Superieur Travel Set II http://beautykat.com/product_info.php?products_id=698 After cleansing, saturate Elixir Superieur Lotion (II) with a cotton pad and gently wipe on your face to remove dead skin cells and makeup residue. Use Shiseido Melanoreduce EX Whitening Serum on the whole face and apply Sofina Whitening Memory White Stick to affected area, following up with sunscreen (daytime) and Elixir Superieur Emulsion II or Shiseido Revital Cream Science AA EX Cream at night.
