This is a lightweight sunscreen product with SPF50 to block UVA and UVB with waterproof function which gives you long lasting protection. It helps to keep youthful look and control melanin that may cause freckles and uneven skin tone. Waterproof, resist sweat and excess sebum for fully protection. Great for outdoor activities including swimming and sunbathing. Can be used under makeup and body.

Dermatologist Tested. For all skin (except ultra-sensitive skin)

How to use?
Apply it after cleansing and toning as last step of skincare regimen;
Prior to re-application during the day, dry the skin and absorb excess sebum for better application.

This is 2011 version of Shiseido Anessa Sunscreen. This product is imported from Taiwan but manufactured by SHISEIDO, JAPAN. You will see Chinese description, production and expiry dates and English ingredient list printed on the box. Due to the differences of custom regulation and market concern, the packaging of Anessa is contained in a gold, paper box instead of plastic pouch that available in Japan. That being said, the formulations of Taiwan and Japan are the same.

For 60ml, Shiseido Anessa Super Sunscreen Cleansing EX and Shiseido Anessa SPF46, we will send out Taiwan version as seen on product pages.

For 25ml, Babycare Sunscreen, Anessa Foundation, Perfect Hair Sunscreen, we will send out Japan version as seen on product pages.

Differences of Anessa Perfect Essence and Perfect UV:
Shiseido Anessa Perfect Essence Sunsreen (SPF50/PA+++) is in lightweight texture and designed for outdoor activities. This product is water and sweat resistance. Suitable for daily use and outdoor sports, such as hiking and tennis.

Shiseido Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen (SPF50/PA+++) is more concentrated and waterproof. The product is designed for swimming and sunbathing.

After using sunscreen, try a special cleaner, such as Shiseido Perfect Cleanser or Shiseido Anessa Super Sunscreen Cleansing for complete cleansing.

Question: What different between the silver and gold or blue bottle?

Answer: The gold packing is Shiseido Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen which is waterproof and can be used for swimming and sunbathing.
The silver packing is Shiseido Anessa Perfect Smooth Sunscreen which is water resistant so it can be used for most outdoor activities.
The blue packing is Shiseido Anessa Babycare Sunscreen which is designed for sensitive skin type and can be used on baby skin too.

Question: when is the manufacturing date/expiration date??

Answer: The product is directly imported from Japan and there's no manufacturing/expiry date printed on the bottle. Having said that, all Anessa products are latest version and we bought them in about 3 months ago.
If you want to buy an Anessa product with expiry date, please wait for 7-10 business days as we will bring some from Taiwan. Those products are made in Japan by Shiseido but you will see Chinese Product Description, Product Expiry Date and English Ingredient List on the package.
